Hayley understands customers. She provides insight and knowledge in how best to communicate with them to deliver value to a business whilst providing great customer experience. She is an expert in credit management and its interface with customer behaviour. She brings expertise and a fresh perspective on the interface between people, process and systems. Hayley regularly speaks at events and is known for her exceptional expertise in facilitation of sessions.
Career management for woman in the energy sector
Both Jo and Hayley have forged their own careers in a sector where females are still severely under represented at senior levels. They are both founders of the Womens Utilities Network (WUN) which has grown to over 5,000 members and 50 partners. Through their work with the network and partners they have a unique insight into what is holding women back- both from an organisational perspective and from an individual perspective. They regularly speak for WUN at internal and external events, bringing challenge, humour and insight.
